Donna went to her Lord on Aug. 30, 2010, after a brief illness. Donna was born on Oct. 31, 1937, in Kalispell to Harold and Hazel Siblerud. She graduated from Flathead County High School in 1955. She moved to Tacoma, Wash., to attend Pacific Lutheran University, where she met and married James Sandholm. Jim and Donna raised four sons. Donna was a devoted mother, wife and friend. She was very active in church and school activities and maintained a large circle of friends, both in the Puget Sound region and the Flathead Valley. In 1992, Donna married David Knadle and moved to their farm in Maple Valley. Dave and Donna traveled extensively throughout their marriage. They had just returned from Donna s annual family reunion on Flathead Lake when she became ill. Donna is survived by her husband, Dave Knadle; brother, Roger Siblerud; her four sons, Kenneth, Steven, David and Micheal; her three stepdaughters; and four grandchildren. For those of us who were so truly blessed to have been a part of her life, her beloved memory will remain for the remainder of our time in a world that will be less one wonderful woman. We invited all to join us at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 3, at the home of Roger Siblerud, at 383 N. Juniper Bay in Somers, for a celebration of Donna s life and her departure to be with the Lord she served so faithfully during her too-brief time in this world.
