For some spring sports teams, they will just have to wait until this week to kick off their seasons.

A cold and wet start on Saturday, along with a forecast for showers all day, resulted in several outings being called off.

Glacier and Flathead were scheduled to open the AA tennis season at FVCC on Saturday afternoon versus Great Falls High and C.M. Russell. Those duals were both canceled.

Polson called off its home dual tennis matches with Hamilton and Libby. Mission tennis at Eureka was also canceled.

Frenchtown called off its track meet. Bigfork was scheduled to compete in that event.
