Stella Blue Phillips, daughter of Kevin and Rachel Phillips of Whitefish, was born Dec. 30 at North Valley Hospital.
She weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18” long.
Paternal grandparents are John and Judy Phillips of Camano Island, Hawaii. Maternal grandparent is Rhonda Baker of Whitefish.
