He was born on March 26, 1971, in Portland, to his mother Belinda. Jesse spent his youth in Oregon and graduated from Warrenton High School in 1989.

His charm, wit and passion for these hobbies also carried him into an ever growing circle of friends. He had quite a way with story telling and was also known as a prankster. He had the ability to have anyone laughing or smiling at his antics within minutes of meeting him.

Jesse had a generous nature and was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, no matter what the task.
