'Lost' man winds up in woman's bedroom
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a woman on Armory Road in Whitefish who said a man climbed over her locked gates and got into her bedroom, telling her “I don’t know where I am, I’m cold, I’m a friend.” He left and she locked her door.
It was reported that doors were torn off bathroom stalls and other damage was done at a location on Shady Lane in Kalispell.
A young man apparently stole beer from a business on U.S. 2 West in Columbia Falls.
Another man is said to have bought beer and given it to underage people in a car at a business on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.
A chimney was reported stolen from a rental property on U.S. 2 West in Marion.
An air conditioner/heat pump was reported stolen from the exterior of a home on Rhodes Draw in Kalispell.
The Kalispell Police Department received a report of seven to eight children running south on Fifth Avenue East with a shopping cart stealing pumpkins off of porches.
It was reported that someone threw pumpkins at a home on Aurich Avenue.
The Columbia Falls Police Department received a report from a man who said he saw a video on the Internet involving his child and the mother’s new boyfriend, who pulled a knife on the child in what was supposed to be a prank. He said he was concerned and that the boyfriend had just been released from prison.
A resident of Crescent Drive reported someone had just driven past his house and shot paintballs at his front window.
The Whitefish Police Department received a report of assault on Somers Avenue.
An assault was also reported on Central Avenue.
A vehicle was reported stolen on East First Street.
A theft was reported on Columbia Avenue.
Officers with the Polson Police Department arrested a person on an initial charge of assault at a bar on Main Street.
A person was arrested on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of partner/family member assault on 11th Avenue West.
A person was arrested on preliminary charges of theft and shoplifting at a gas station.
A theft was reported from a vehicle on Second Street East.
Deputies with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office arrested a person on a preliminary charge of assault on Bay Point Drive.
A person was arrested on a preliminary charge of driving under the influence in the North Crow clubhouse area.
Officers with the Ronan Police Department arrested a person on a preliminary charge of assault with a bodily fluid after responding to a request for assistance by a government agency.
