Trespassing report results in arrest

Deputies with the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman after responding to a report of trespassing at a home on Conrad Drive. A neighbor who was watching the home for its residents while they were out of town reported that two people who weren’t supposed to be there had entered the home. Deputies located three people but only the woman was arrested.

It was reported that a person went onto the property of a business competitor on Ash Road in Evergreen and took pictures of the competitor’s work.

A woman reported someone drove a pickup truck through the garage door at his home on Cattle Drive while he was out of the state.

A Glock handgun was reported stolen from a property on Montana 35 in Evergreen.

A Motorola ’Droid cell phone was reported stolen on Hawthorn Avenue in Kalispell.

A computer was reported stolen from a home on Stoner Creek Drive in Lakeside.

The Kalispell Police Department received a report of a stolen vehicle on Third Avenue West North. The caller stated she was in Chicago at the time and her boyfriend was watching the 2002 Jetta for her when it was stolen.

A set of tires valued at $1,632 was reported stolen from a home on West Nevada Street.

A bicycle was reported stolen from a home on West Idaho Street.

The Columbia Falls Police Department received two reports of theft on Ninth Street West.

A theft was reported on 13th Street West.

Officers with the Polson Police Department investigated a residential burglary on Cherry Hill Court.

Investigation of a report of partner or family member assault resulted in a citation for disorderly conduct.
