Pair earn top Chamber honors

Greg Eisinger and Debbie Pierce have earned the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce’s top business awards.

They and other award winners were honored at the Chamber’s annual banquet Thursday in Kalispell.

Eisinger, named Businessman of the Year, is the owner and general manager of Eisinger Automotive Group.

He is an avid supporter of Wings, Save-a-Sister, ALERT, United Way, Glacier Fund, Glacier Symphony, Rebecca Farms and Special Olympics, as well as Flathead Valley sports for children of all ages and numerous other organizations.

Pierce, named Businesswoman of the Year, is the vice president and Montana regional manager for Alliance Title, where she has worked for 33 years.

Pierce is a Kalispell native and is active in the Flathead Building Association. She also volunteers for Big Brothers and Sisters.

Robbie Mathiason with CTA Architects and Engineers earned the Member of the Year Award, given to a person who has dedicated the most time and energy as a chamber volunteer.

Mathiason is a member of the Ambassador Committee and is at nearly every event; he chairs the Unwind committee and supports chamber activities and goals in every way possible.

Chairman of the Year is Chris Walters, general manager of Hilton Garden Inn. He is the founding chairman of the Kalispell Tourism Business Improvement District.

Under his leadership, and with the support of Kalispell hoteliers, the tourism district was approved by Kalispell City Council and began operations in 2010.
