Whitefish couple arrested in alleged rape of babysitter

A Whitefish couple was arrested Friday after being charged with the rape of their babysitter, a minor.

According to a release from the Whitefish Police Department, Kory James Hubble, 23, and his wife Nadine Leann Hubble, 20, each face a felony charge of sexual intercourse without consent after allegedly assaulting the girl after hiring her to be their babysitter. The girl alleges that the couple provided her with alcohol and drugs before and during the assault.

The Hubbles were arrested late Friday afternoon after a search warrant served at their home turned up evidence of the crime. Both are being held at the Flathead County Detention Center pending an initial hearing.
