911 caller claims police stole his pot

A man on Woodland Avenue called the Kalispell Police Department early Sunday morning to advise that police officers stole his medical marijuana. The man said he already talked to his attorney, who told him that if they didn't bring it back, felony charges would be filed. Between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., the man called 911 several times, demanding police bring it back.

Shortly after midnight Sunday, a woman on 13th Street East was arrested for partner family member assault, assault on a peace officer and assault with bodily fluids.

At 8 p.m., a caller on First Avenue East North reported a large congregation of kids in a parking lot, asking police to ask them to leave.

A GPS was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Taelor Road.

Police were asked to help apprehend a man who violated at least eight of the 10 conditions for his release from a mental health agency. A caller said the man broke into the cash boxes at a thrift store and a pantry, was using drugs and wiping feces on the walls. Police were asked to take the man to the emergency room for an evaluation.

Saturday afternoon, a youth was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center with suspected head injuries after a bicycle accident at Glenwood Drive and Liberty Street.

The Flathead County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a blocked railroad crossing at 12:27 a.m. Sunday.

The Whitefish Police Department responded to a report of criminal mischief on Somers Avenue Saturday morning.

A caller reported a vehicle stolen on Flathead Avenue at 7 p.m.

Police responded to reports of suspicious activity on Baker Avenue and U.S. 93 at 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

The Polson Police Department responded to a report of disorderly conduct at Lakeview Apartments at 4:19 a.m. Saturday.

A theft on Cherry Hill Court was reported at 10:47 a.m.
