LAUREL - Another year, another title for the Stillwater Christian School boys soccer team.

The Cougars claimed their ninth straight Montana Christian Athletic Association state championship on Saturday with a dominating 10-1 victory over Foothill Community Christian School.

Zach Waldher scored four goals for SCS (19-2-1) and assisted on another. Josh Bray scored back-to-back goals four-minutes apart early in the second half.

Also scoring goals for the Cougars were Skyler Reinke, Zane Kloeckl, Ryan Koch and Cody Harmon.

"The guys played well as a team once again, as they have all year," Stillwater Christian coach Tim Anderson said.

"Very unselfish play from everyone."

Anderson said Waldher finished well and Josh Bray again had two goals at a critical junction in the game.

"Ryan Koch distributed great through the middle and set his teammates up consistently with scoring opportunities," Anderson said.

"Our seniors finished off a great career with a great final game. This has been a wonderful end to a very special season."

LAUREL - Jordan Danz and Kathrynn Gerard led a potent Stillwater Christian School attack at the net with 15 and nine kills, respectively, as the Cougars downed Helena Christian School 25-15, 25-15, 25-12 to repeat as Montana Christian Atheltic Assocaition state volleyball champions on Saturday.

The title for SCS (31-1) was the team's third straight.

It was a rematch of last year's final.

"The girls played a complete game, offense and defense combined with some great serving," SCS coach Dave Shawback said.

"Our team really felt complete with the additions of Jade LeGassey and Zoe Loomis to our starting seven. Each player strived to perfect her role on the team. We competed every day in practice and we competed in every match. That all paid off today in the championship."

Sarah Smith led SCS in digs with 16 while Katie Harrel was next with 15.

Danz added 13.

Zoe Loomis and Danz both had four aces.

"Our serving has been great all tournament," Shawback said.

"Morgan's (Paolini) setting and choices have really helped us to compete offensively at a high level. Our net play was strong offensively and defensively."

SCS was undefeated last year in 30 matches.
