The Kalispell Police Department received a report of a man in his 20s bleeding and covered in blood chasing tenants of a building on Second Avenue West and trying to bite them. He was reported to have a knife. The man was apprehended by police and transported to the emergency room.

Damage was reported to the front doors of a home on Second Avenue East.

Damage was reported to a window at a bank on East Center Street.

Prescription medications were reported stolen from a home on Liberty Street.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a resident of Pleasant Valley Road in Marion that a blood trail extended from his property to the road where someone had killed and dragged an animal, leaving behind a flashlight. The incident was referred to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

A resident on Bigfork Stage Road reported he caught someone running from his barn who jumped into a red truck and drove off.

A resident on Grand Drive in Bigfork reported a person who stayed there earlier this year tore down the Halloween decorations and opened both gates to the property during the night.

Several bronze items and other miscellaneous items were reported stolen from a location on U.S. 2 West in Kalispell.

A resident on Lakeside Boulevard reported a theft from his boat.

A resident on Grand Drive in Bigfork reported an outboard motor was stolen from his boat.

A person reported exiting a cafe on Stoner Loop in Lakeside to find a tailgate had been stolen from someone’s truck.

Officers with the Columbia Falls Police Department arrested a man on an initial charge of partner or family member assault after responding to a report of a verbal disturbance on First Avenue East. The caller reported the neighbors were screaming at each other while the children were crying and screaming for their dad not to do it.

A loaded .41-caliber Ruger Blackhawk revolver and extra ammunition were reported stolen from a truck parked at a job site on Meadow Lake Boulevard in Columbia Falls.

Officers with the Polson Police Department arrested a person on an active warrant after responding to a report of harassment on 13th Avenue West.
