Deputies arrest young car thief

A boy was arrested by Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies and transported to the Flathead Juvenile Detention Center after he took a vehicle belonging to his friend’s mother. The vehicle was later found abandoned on U.S. 2 East.

A gun was stolen from a vehicle on West Spring Creek Road in Kalispell.

A generator was stolen on Columbia Meadows Drive in Columbia Falls.

A video game system was stolen on Montana 35 in Evergreen.

Someone broke into a storage unit on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.

Someone shot a garage with paint balls on Houston Drive in Whitefish.
