Larry Michael Greene, 55

Larry Michael Greene passed away peacefully at his home on April 9, 2012. He was born on Dec. 19, 1956, in Duluth, Minn., the son of Dennis “Pat” and Betty Louise (Cronkite) Greene.

He moved to Montana in 1975 where he started his company L.G. Construction.

 Larry was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, grandfather and a true friend to many. He loved Montana, snowmobiling, four wheeling, hunting, fishing in Alaska and lived life to the fullest, he always said, "If it wasn't fun, it wasn't worth doing." He will be missed and loved forever. He would want his life celebrated, not mourned.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Louise Cronkite; and nephew, Burt Lawrence Huffman.

He is survived by his children, Zach Greene, Chelsea Greene, Jamie and Justin Westermeyer; his grandchildren, Maddek, Pepper and Keiden; girlfriend Shelly Nigg, his father Dennis "Pat" Greene, sisters, Norma Brink, Marty Huffman, Sarah Greene and Sue Feemster, brother, Dennis Greene, brother-in-law, Jim Huffman; several nieces and nephews and close friends.

A celebration of Larry's life will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home. There will be a gathering of friends and family immediately following the service at Larry's residence, 97 Shilo Drive in “True Larry Greene” style.
