A 22-year-old Kalispell man pleaded guilty in Flathead District Court on April 19 to a felony charge of burglary.

Daniel Woods and a 17-year-old girl were found in a vehicle shortly after a burglary and an attempted burglary were reported on Sylvan Drive and Sylvan Court, respectively. Woods had items reported stolen in the burglary.

In exchange for the guilty plea to burglary, felony charges of attempted burglary and criminal possession of dangerous drugs were dropped as part of a plea agreement.

The agreement also calls for Woods to be given a five-year suspended sentence, although he will ask for a deferred sentence.

His sentencing is scheduled for June 14.
