Deputies drive home mud-covered man

A woman contacted the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office to help her remove a tenant renting her basement. She knew he had a medical marijuana card, but later discovered he was growing marijuana and now wants him gone.

A man covered in mud stumbling in a parking lot on Two Mile Drive in Kalispell was eventually given a ride home by deputies.

A Kalispell woman reported her ex-husband stole her credit card number and gave it to her friends who used it illegally and that he also stole checks and forged them at a bar on Montana 35 in Evergreen. The total amount taken through both methods was $835.

A Kalispell resident said he traded a three-wheeler for a gun, but then found out the gun had been stolen from the father of the person he traded for it.

A transient man was reported crawling out of a camper and into a ditch on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.

A 20-gauge shotgun, a 22-caliber handgun and an iPod were stolen from a locked vehicle on Pleasant Valley Road in Marion. The thief managed to get in by manipulating a rear window.

A white 1986 Honda Prelude was stolen after the owner left it unlocked with the keys inside on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.

Two German shepherds attacked another dog on Elk Park Road in Columbia Falls.

A girl was released to her parents by officers with the Columbia Falls Police Department after she was found to be in possession of marijuana at a high school on 13th Street West.

A dog on Third Avenue West was reported to be acting more vicious by the day.

Officers counseled four people having a loud party on Seventh Street West.

The Whitefish Police Department received a report of drug activity on Central Avenue.

Officers with the Polson Police Department investigated a report of theft of communications service on First Street East.
