Thomas Melvin Anthony Conrad, 26, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in Sacramento.

Born to Vicki Tyrrell Ibison and Steven Ross Conrad on July 2, 1985, he was the youngest of four children.

Thomas spent most of his young life in the Flathead Valley, attending Edgerton Elementary and Flathead Middle School. He graduated from Discovery High School in Sacramento in 2005. After graduation Thomas served in the U.S. Army for a period of time. He loved the beauty of the mountains of Flathead Valley and talked frequently about returning.

Thomas was an amazingly wonderful son, brother and friend to all who knew him. He was a sensitive, caring young man who never forgot a birthday or special day for any family or friend; a gentle soul who will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Phyllis Sirucek; and uncle, Tom Conrad.

Thomas is survived by his parents, Vicki and Steve; stepdad, Tony Ibison; siblings, Ben Conrad, Brian Conrad and Maria Conrad; and one nephew, Steven Conrad; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. 

A private memorial will be held for the family later this summer.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to your local Humane Society in Thomas’ name.
