Plevna train blast

Mary Higgins of Plevna took this picture of the train that derailed just west of the town on Sunday afternoon. She said there were four explosions in all, and you could feel the effects of the explosions a mile away. "It was impressive to watch but scary to think that if this happened just two miles before where it did, I would not have a house," Higgins said.
