It was all things vintage at a recent dance in Kalispell.

Company Brass provided the vintage sound, with jazz classics from the 1930s and ’40s. Dancers with North End Swing showed up in vintage clothing, from their hair bobbles to their shined-up shoes.

The July 20 event drew a crowd at the Kalispell Senior Center. While North End Swing holds weekly dances, it was the first time they’d shimmied and swung to a live band.
