Raymond L. Pahrman, 72

Raymond L. Pahrman, 72, a retired cook, janitor and Montana Army National Guard veteran of Great Falls, died on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at his home, of natural causes.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Raymond Lee was born May 7, 1940, to Adolph and Bessie (Knapp) Pahrman in Missoula. He spent about 10 years in Wasilla, Alaska, working as a cook, and when he left there he retired. He moved to Great Falls in 2008 to help his brother, Kenneth.

Raymond is survived by a brother, Kenny Pahrman, of Great Falls; local cousins in Montana, Mary Stevens, Stan and Char Webber, Shirley and Arnie Riebe, Linda Setzer, and LeRoy and Charlotte Jarrett; and additionally, many other cousins in Washington, Alaska and other parts of Montana on his father's side of the family.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a sister.
