Woman reports stolen chicken stock

Kalispell Police Department officers responded to a pair of calls at a bar on Airport Road in the early morning hours Saturday.

At 12:18 a.m., police were called after a man was hit in the head with a pool cue and knocked out.

At 1:04 a.m., a stolen vehicle was reported, but it turned out the man had forgotten his vehicle at a different bar.

A drunk woman in a muumuu was reported screaming at her neighbor on Youngs Lane before going back inside her trailer to feed her cat.

An elderly man was returned home after he was found in a hospital gown walking with a walker on Sunny View Lane at 6 a.m. Saturday.

A Third Avenue West woman reported someone had cut her phone line, and that people had come into her home Thursday and stolen a light bulb and chicken stock. She said she had been having similar issues ever since she got divorced.

An Appleway Drive woman reported a drunk man kicked her door in while she was asleep. She believed the man was a friend of her boyfriend and was looking for another friend of his.

A group of renters who recently moved out of a business location on First Avenue East damaged the entire interior of the space.

A pair of girls reported another student at a school on Wolfpack Way has been continually threatening, harassing, intimidating and slandering them both at school and in the community since March.

A man in black walking in the middle of the road on East Edgewood Drive was reported to the Whitefish Police Department after a taxi driver stopped to give him a ride and he began screaming at the woman, threatening to get a gun and kill her. Another vehicle had to swerve to avoid the man.

A drunk, screaming woman reported on Lupfer Avenue was found crying by police.


A First Street West resident contacted the Columbia Falls Police Department after seeing a group of three youths climbing out of his mother’s vehicle. He said the three, who were all dressed in black hoodies, may have been burglarizing vehicles in the area.

A drug deal was reported in a parking lot on Nucleus Avenue.
