A College Avenue caller reported hearing shots fired and a woman screaming. Officers arrested a woman and a man, one of whom had to be Tazed. Officers advised it seemed there were no shots heard, possibly just a man kicking a car.

Officers were called out to look for a man wearing a black ski mask, black sweatshirt and a backpack looking through trucks at a business on U.S. 2.

Saturday night, a woman told police that someone punched her in the face.

Earlier, an employee at a bar reported a suspicious man who didn’t want anything to drink walking around and messing with locks, talking but not making any sense. The same man was later reported at a hotel. The caller said the man was acting crazy and scaring his kids, but did not believe him to be a threat to himself or others.

Saturday, a South Veteran Drive woman told Columbia Falls Police that her husband violated a restraining order by calling her twice and leaving two “creepy” voice mails.

An officer advised someone nearly T-boned his cruiser on Nucleus Avenue.

A Ski-Doo was stolen from a business, a caller told Whitefish Police on Saturday.

Early Sunday, the driver of a red Jeep Cherokee fled Whitefish Police at high speeds. An officer called the chase off due to road conditions. The Jeep was later spotted near Kalispell and fled from police at speeds up to 100 miles per hour before crashing at Hodgson and Whitefish Stage roads.
