Men throw punches in drive-through

A resident of Fourth Avenue East shared his discontent with the Kalispell Police Department after someone drove by his home with their lights off and threw eggs at his vehicle, missing and hitting the house. He said it was the third such incident this year.

A separate report of children throwing eggs at cars was reported just fifteen minutes later.

A fight was reported in the drive-through of a restaurant on East Idaho Street.

It was started when a man hit another vehicle with his car, then put it in reverse and hit another vehicle behind him, and ended with four men punching each other.

A woman agreed to visit the police station to give a report after telling officers she had been attacked in the bathroom at a hotel on U.S. 93 South, but that she was naked and had animals that would bite law enforcement officers.

An employee of a business on North Meridian Road reported a lighter stolen by a repeat offender.

Two homeless men were reported hiding in bushes on Fourth Avenue East North. When a resident asked them to come out they refused.

A resident of Windward Way reported her neighbor’s ex-boyfriend broke into the apartment two days in a row while his ex-girlfriend was not there.

Trash containers were reported spray-painted with graffiti on Harrison Boulevard.

The Columbia Falls Police Department was called to a business on Nucleus Avenue to provide crowd control.

Two teenage boys got inside a school on Talbot Road through the back door and hid in the field, putting something in the building before they left.

Obscene graffiti was reported on equipment at a children’s park on Martha Road.

A fight was reported on 13th Street.

A person was arrested for making a false report to law enforcement by troopers with the Montana Highway Patrol in the Elmo area.

A person was arrested on a criminal contempt warrant on Apple Road.

A person was arrested after officers with the Whitefish Police Department responded to a report of a burglary on East Second Street.

A fight was reported on Central Avenue.

A theft was reported on U.S. 93 South.

Investigation of a report of suspicious activity by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office led to the discovery of a person in possession of alcohol or other intoxicant.

The Polson Police Department investigated a report of partner or family member assault on Fifth Street East.
