Badlands Bowl lists 10 local players
Ten area football players have been named to the Montana roster of the 19th annual Badlands Bowl.
The all-star game, played between teams representing Montana and North Dakota, will take place June 16 in Dickinson, N.D.
Glacier's Luke Halliburton and Anthony Gugliuzza and Flathead's Nick Riley have all been named to the Montana team.
Gugliuzza is a wide receiver while Riley and Halliburton are on the offensive and defensive lines, respectively.
In addition to the 34 players selected, there were 34 players named as alternates, including Polson's Vince DiGiallonardo and Paul McCurg; Bigfork's Dillon Fraley and Cody Dopps; Flathead's George Sherwood and Caleb Harris and Whitefish's Gage Vasquez.
Montana holds a 13-5 advantage in the series, winning three of the last four contests, including a 34-13 blow out last summer.
