Man pleads innocent to sex assault charges

A 31-year-old transient man from Kalispell pleaded not guilty to three felony charges of sexual assault Thursday in Flathead District Court.

According to court documents, Wayne Moore is alleged to have molested his girlfriend’s daughter, originally at age 11, from 2006 to 2008, as well as a 4-year-old girl and a 3-year-old girl in 2007. He also is alleged to have admitted viewing, downloading and possessing child pornography.

If convicted on all three counts, Moore faces between 12 years and life in prison and a fine of up to $150,000.
