Tiny dog has a big bark in Bigfork

The dog’s owner has been told repeatedly about the dog’s behavior and that it is at large on a regular basis. The person who reported the dog said they watched it chase a woman for two blocks. They also said it attacks children and called it “the dog from hell.”
