A 33-year-old Kalispell man pleaded not guilty Tuesday during U.S. District Court proceedings in Missoula to receipt of child pornography.

According to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice, Dustin Gilpin faces a minimum mandatory sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years in prison as well as a $250,000 fine and between five years and a lifetime of supervised release if he is convicted.
