A Whitefish man allegedly found with a massive stash of drugs as well as firearms and thousands of dollars in cash had pleaded not guilty to a trio of drug distribution charges.

Henry Felix Salcido, 47, entered the pleas Thursday in Flathead District Court.

A court document states the Northwest Drug Task Force was investigating Salcido and eventually believed he was actively selling drugs.

On Nov. 22, agents searched his home, allegedly locating 7.13 ounces of methamphetamine split among numerous bags, 21.9 grams of heroin split among three bags, numerous bags of marijuana, scales, firearms and approximately $6,560 in cash, believed to be proceeds from drug sales.

Salcido allegedly admitted to agents that he had been selling drugs and “gave agents a minimized version of the amounts of illegal drugs located in the residence.”

Salcido is currently incarcerated in the Flathead County Detention Center, where his bond is set at $150,000. His next hearing is set for March 5, 2014.

If convicted of all three charges, he faces between two and 60 years in the Montana State Prison and a fine of up to $150,000.
