Seattle rockers at the Great Northern

Seattle-based rockers Van Eps will be at the Great Northern Bar and Grill Friday and Saturday.

Van Eps plays at the Whitefish bar around 9:30 p.m. each night. There is a $3 cover.

The band plays a mix of originals, which have been described as classic rock with a modern edge, and covers ranging from Tom Petty to AC/DC.

The foursome have been playing since 2006. Van Eps includes Matt Strutynski on lead vocals and guitar, Jake Jovanovich on vocals and drums, Bobby Steenrod on bass and Brad Steenrod on lead guitar.
