Celebrity Dance Showcase in Whitefish

Bigfork Dance and Whitefish Dance present a Celebrity Dance Showcase Saturday.

The show starts at 6 p.m. at the Whitefish Performing Arts Center.

Whitefish Dance has been performing in the valley since 2000. This will be the Bigfork Dancers’ debut performance. The dancers have worked since February to prepare for the one-night show.

Celebrity Dance Showcase is an upbeat, fun, fast-paced production with dancers ages 3 and older performing jazz, hip-hop, contemporary ballet, clogging, tap, contortion, acrobatics, stunting, and power tumbling.

There will be a wide variety of music, and the last portion of the show will include clowns, circus acrobats, hula hoops, elephants stands, circus props and ringmasters.

Concessions — popcorn and cotton candy, to support the circus theme — will be sold before the show, at intermission and after the show.
