Richard Earl Kreienheder, 60
Richard Kreienheder was born in St. Louis Dec. 11, 1952, and passed away Oct. 22, 2013, at age 60. He died in Seattle due to complications from an illness.
He graduated Affton High School, Affton, Mo., in 1971 and attended several college classes. He was drafted during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged from service July 12, 1978.
He was the son of Earl and Beulah Kreienheder who both had preceded him in death.
He was united in marriage to Amanda Henke Oct. 11, 1987, at Eden United Church of Christ. They were in a loving relationship for 26 years and 11 days, and parted only by his passing. They moved to Whitefish in 1993.
He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda; his sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Arnold Laxton; two nieces and a nephew-in-law, Tracey Framness, and Lisa and Michael Weaver; two great-nieces, Victoria and Elizabeth Framness; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carl E. Henke, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Decosta, Mr. and Mrs. Shahrom Tabrizi, and Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Henke, all from the St. Louis area, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Henke from Alamogordo, N.M.; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 23 at the Eagles, 1640 Highway 2 West in Columbia Falls.
