Belva Mae Humphreys, 90

Belva Mae Humphreys, 90, passed away on Oct. 22, 2013, at Aces Elder Care in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Belva was born in eastern Montana in Bainville on May 24,1923, to Arthur and Mabel Lippy.

She attended school in Bainville. She was a housewife and mother and worked at several occupations throughout her life, including a home health-care assistant for the state of Montana until she retired.

She had lived mostly in Wolf Point and Kalispell until 2010, when she moved to Bonners Ferry and lived with her daughter Winnie.

Belva was married to Mr. Larson and had four children, Connie, Peggy, Richard and Carolyn. She then married Mr. Foster and had two children, Prentiss and Winnie. Belva later in life, after her retirement, married Curtis Humphreys in 1982, who preceded her in death in 2004.

She is survived by four children, Connie, Carolyn, Prentiss and Winnie; and her brother, Harry Lippy. She has several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held today at 4 p.m. at the Bonners Ferry Funeral Home.
