Strange messages from a stolen phone
A man called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office from Foothill Glen Road to say he was receiving threatening and disturbing messages that were being sent from his son’s phone, which was stolen from his pickup truck the day before.
A man calling from a Sherman Lane residence said that a neighbor was harassing him.
A landlord calling from Whitefish Stage Road said that he was being harassed by a tenant who had recently been given an eviction notice.
Jewelry and medications were stolen from a business on Blankenship Road near West Glacier.

A motorist calling from U.S. 2 in Evergreen reported almost hitting an intoxicated man who had staggered onto the highway.
A man called to report that his son and daughter-in-law were passed out at an Oxford Circle residence while a 16-month-old daughter was walking around the house. The call resulted in the arrest of a man for partner-family member assault.
A clerk at a store on Montana 35 in Bigfork requested assistance with an intoxicated man who was in the store. She refused to sell him alcohol and gave him a soda because she was afraid to let him leave and drive his vehicle. He was later given a ride to another location.
A woman calling from Alpine Lane said she went outside to smoke and saw that her car doors were open. She believed someone had gone through the vehicle and urinated on it.
Kalispell Police got a report Wednesday about a man falling off a bike on West Idaho Street. He was bleeding from his nose and mouth, and it appeared he may have knocked out some teeth. A fire engine was requested to hose blood off the sidewalk.
A woman calling from U.S. 93 North said that her purse was stolen out of her vehicle.

At 1 a.m. Thursday, there was a report of a Nissan Altima being stolen from a location on Central Avenue. The keys had been left in the vehicle.
A man called Columbia Falls Police Wednesday to say that his home on Columbia Mountain Court had been egged again, and he suspected a neighbor did it.
