Sarah Moodie of Vancouver, British Columbia, held on to her lead, but the men have a new name on top of the leaderboard after second-round action at the 77th International Labor Day Tournament at Buffalo Hill Golf Club on Sunday.

Moodie shot a 75 for the second-straight day and a 150 total for a two-shot advantage on Kali Gordon of Okotoks, Alberta, who carded another 76 for a 152 score.

Teigan Avery of Kalispell, the two-time defending champion, moved back into contention with a 1-under 67 on two trips around the Cameron 9 for a 153 total. The Glacier High School junior opened with an 86 to trail Moodie by 11 shots.

Wendy Madison of Kalispell, 84-75—159, is fourth and Janell Tanner-O’Neal of Bigfork, 81-79—160, is holding down the fifth spot.

Jeff Bishop of Vancouver, Wash., used a 5-under 67 on the Championship 18 to move into the lead with a 131 score. His 67 was the low round for the day.

He shot a 64 on Saturday on the Cameron 9 to sit four shots off the pace.

Kyle Mossfeldt of Whitefish and Cody Sherrill, a senior at Glacier, are one and two shots off the pace, respectively. Both shared the lead, along with Justin Dorr of Spokane and Brian Beach of Missoula, after the first 18 — all with 60s.

Mossfeldt carded a 72 on Sunday with Sherrill turning in a 73.

Ryggs Johnston of Libby, three shots off the pace after the first day, moved a little closer with a 2-under 70. He’s tied with Sherrill and Connor Elekes of Calgary, Alberta, 64-69—133, for third.

The tournament highlight was turned in by Jim Kampf of Kalispell, who scored a hole-in-one on the 138-yard first hole of the Cameron 9. It was his first ace.
