'Suicidal' woman, 'homicidal' man draw police response
The Kalispell Police Department was drawn into a he-said, she-said argument of magnified proportions on Denver Avenue, where a woman first reported a man had threatened to kill her and destroyed her phone, also pulling her hair and throwing her on a car, while the man then reported he kept getting voicemails and calls from the woman saying she was going to commit suicide. The woman also reported she had a restraining order against the man.
An alarmed Austin Street woman called for help after her 5-year-old son went missing and she had been unable to find him despite looking for an hour, but she finally found him two minutes later, asleep in the car.
