LETTER: Is it time to fly Old Glory upside down?

Our grand ole flag has traveled the world’s battlefields and disaster areas since before 1776, just after Betsy Ross sewed the first.

Since then it saw a great nation God, not man, gave us all to love and fight for, live and die in. World wars brought enemy troops here as POWs, treated like brothers, some even paid Social Security retirements. Some stayed and went into politics to destroy the United States of America. Wolves who lied.

Now! Today we have become a Godless nation. Our cemeteries are full of dead veterans who gave their lives so all could be free, safe and worship God our Creator of all good and righteousness. Our children do not pledge allegiance to the flag or pray in school — today forbidden to do one and excused from the other.

I was/am an Eagle Scout of Troop 56, Knox, Pennsylvania. I was taught in distress to fly the flag upside down for help! We need God, not more expensive government rules, lies and control. Our leaders and Hollywood have portrayed all Americans as godless murderers.

I as David against Goliath ask — beg — all God-loving people  to fly your flag — Old Glory — upside down to send the message to Satan’s people that We the People want our nation back now!
