Volleyball: C-Falls 5-1 at Tip-Off tourney

DILLON — Butte Central posted a perfect mark, going 6-0 Friday during the Northwest vs. Southwest Tip-Off volleyball tournament.

That put the Maroons on top in the Southwest.

Columbia Falls had the best showing for Northwest, going 5-1.

Polson and Whitefish were 1-5.

“I feel our girls played very hard today,” Whitefish coach Jackie Fuller said. “They are very young and competed hard. I am excited about their continued growth throughout the day. Day by day the girls are getting stronger and better.”
