Linda Arnone Prieto, 77

Linda Arnone Prieto, 77, formerly of Kalispell, passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015.

Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at Passantino Brothers Funeral Home, 2117 Independence Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, where a memorial service will begin at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to NorthCare Hospice House; or Crossroads Hospice in Kansas City.

Linda was born June 16, 1938, in Kansas City. She was a 1956 graduate of North Kansas City High School and received a master’s degree in nursing from St. Mary’s College in Leavenworth, Kansas. She spent seven years with the Sisters of Charity in Leavenworth, and then joined the U.S. Air Force as a flight nurse.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Rose Arnone; her sister, Mary Lou Arnone; and her husband, David Prieto.

Survivors include her sons, David Prieto and John Prieto; her siblings, Michael A. Arnone, Rose Ann Newcomb, John D. Arnone and James E. Arnone; aunt, Marie Miller; and many nieces and nephews.
