Flathead Youth Home welcomes attendees, gifts at holiday open house

The Flathead Youth Home is hosting a holiday open house from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11.

The home is located at 825 E. Oregon St., in Kalispell.

The public is welcome to come and enjoy hot cocoa, soup and treats.

Since some of the residents won’t be able to go home this Christmas and will be spending their holiday at the youth home, staff will be treating them to a great breakfast, stocking and some gifts on Christmas morning.

Those who would like, may bring a gift to the open house to place under the tree or some stocking stuffers. Gift ideas include socks, gloves, earrings, CD alarm clock, gift cards, movie passes and toiletries.
