The Spartans earned seven pins and a forfeit in the 13 weight classes, also picking up a decision and a major decision in the mix. Sentinel posted three pins in less than a minute during the match.

Glacier 103-pound wrestler Caden Willis scored a pin in 4 minutes, 9 seconds and Tyler Eiderdam scored a pin for the Wolfpack in one of three wins for the home team. Justin Gibson earned a 4-0 decision at 126 pounds.

“The kids battled pretty hard against a really good Sentinel team,” Glacier coach Ross Dankers said.

“They have some guys that are pretty experienced and we had some guys out there for first the time that battled like they’d been around awhile. We’re looking forward to nice little break and learning some new things in the time off.”
