Richard Lawrence Berg, 78

Richard Lawrence Berg, 78, passed away Jan. 25, 2015, at North Valley Hospital in Whitefish.

He is survived by his son, Richard Berg, of North Carolina; stepbrother, David Bodendick, of Eureka; sister, Maxine Meyers, of Columbia Falls; granddaughters, Sofia and Kosta, of North Carolina; and uncle and aunt, Herb and Marie Clark, of Columbia Falls. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Berg; mother, Lucille Bodendick; and daughters, Lisa and Amy Berg.

He was in the Army for some time, and also a car salesman who enjoyed wheeling and dealing. His hobbies were yard sales, riding snow cats, four wheeling and helping a lot of people who were friends of Bill (AA). He had a positive impact on many lives. He was an awesome storyteller of the old and the new, and of course, the jokes. He lived a wonderful, full life and he will be missed greatly.
