Howard Dennis 'Woody' Woodworth, 60

Howard Dennis “Woody” Woodworth, 60, died Feb. 8, 2015, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Woody was born in Los Angeles on May 10, 1954.

He lived and worked in many states, including California and Oregon, before moving to Montana with his wife Kristi and son Andrew. Some of his many skills included gourmet cooking, serving and bartending.

Woody served his country in the U.S. Army.

He was a friend to many here in Kalispell and will be missed.

Woody was widowed when his wife, Kristi Davis, died unexpectedly in April 2008. The Davis family siblings, Nancy, Bob, Scott and Susan, will miss their brother-in-law.

Woody is survived by his son, Howard Andrew Woodworth of Kalispell; daughters, Jenny and Tina, and mother, Phyllis Woodworth, all of Oregon; granddaughter, Lilly; sister, Susan Clanton of Kalispell; brother-in-law, Bill Clanton of Kalispell; niece, Samantha; and nephew, Ben.

A memorial service will be held in the spring or summer.

Memorial donations may be given in Woody’s name to the Howard Andrew Woodworth Trust, at Glacier Bank in Kalispell.
