Caytlyn Marie “KB” VanSchoyck, 22

Caytlyn Marie “KB” VanSchoyck, 22, of Columbia Falls, was “called home to be with her lord and savior” on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015. She was born May 22, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She is survived by her mother, Katherine Allen, of Port Angeles, Washington; her father Garry and stepmother Michelle VanSchoyck of Martin City; brother Christopher VanSchoyck of Port Angeles; brother Spencer Kubis of Martin City; grandfather Joey VanSchoyck of Hungry Horse; grandmother Linda Williams and her husband Dan of New River, Arizona; great-grandmother Lois VanSchoyck of Billings; uncle Nic VanSchoyck and his wife Jesse of Columbia Falls; aunt Ashley VanSchoyck of Tucson, Arizona; aunt Brittany VanSchoyck of Goodyear, Arizona; and numerous cousins and friends she called family.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Katherine Elaine Allen of Palmdale, California; grandfather Raymond James Allen of Palmdale; great-grandfather Glenn VanSchoyck of Billings; great-grandmother Helen Johnson of Aitken, Minnesota; and great-grandfather Arthur Johnson of Aitken.

Caytlyn was an energetic, bright, beautiful young woman who loved people and animals. She enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing, reading, cooking, singing and playing games with the family.

She was always there to help someone in need. She had a smile that could light up a room and a laugh nobody could ever replicate. She was a 2012 graduate of Bridge Academy.

KB, your time on earth was too short. You are loved and will be greatly missed. Spread your wings and fly.

Services will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 13, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home in Kalispell. In lieu of flowers the family asks tax-deductible donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 N. Beauregard St., Alexandria, Virginia, 22311, in her name.
