Bryon Wayne Logue, 24

| March 17, 2015 9:00 PM

Bryon Wayne Logue of Craig, Colorado, “went to be with God” on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was 24 years old.

Bryon was born Sept. 16, 1990, in Edmonds, Washington, to Byron Logue and Trudy Doble. When Bryon was 2 years old, his parents moved back to Montana. It was at this time that Bryon was blessed with two additional parents, Ami Logue and Kirk Doble. Bryon attended Fortine Elementary School, Stillwater Christian School, and he graduated from Lincoln County High School in 2009.

Bryon grew up with a strong work ethic, and from a young age was always helping his dad on numerous household remodels, and his stepdad repair and maintain the family’s logging equipment. Many of the construction companies Bryon worked for took advantage of this skill set, and asked Bryon to assist in keeping their equipment running along with his construction duties.

Bryon loved to be outdoors. If he wasn’t hunting or fishing, he was riding dirt bikes, four wheeling, or finding some mud to test his newest rebuilt truck. He lived in Colorado, North Dakota and Montana, but anyone who knew Bryon knows that regardless of where he lived, he always considered Montana his home.

Bryon was full of life and love. As a young boy, he could always be found cuddled up in someone’s lap. He loved to smile and have fun, and was very fond of playing jokes on everyone. His smile and laugh were infectious, and would light up the room. He loved with his whole heart, and was always willing to share everything he had with everyone around him, often at his own expense.

Bryon’s final gift on this earth was the gift of life. Bryon made the decision to be an organ donor, and through this unselfish personal act, there are at least five people whom Bryon has blessed with the gift of life.

Bryon accepted Christ into his life at a young age, and while our minds and bodies ache at the loss of Bryon, we take comfort in knowing that we will see him again in heaven. Bryon’s body has left this earth, but his legacy lives on through the renewed life of others.

“Bryon, we love you, and we are so proud of you!”

Bryon is survived by his parents, Byron and Ami Logue of Amarillo, Texas, and Trudy and Kirk Doble of Fortine; grandparents, the Rev. Gary and Kathy Logue, Lenore Burgess, Karen and Garrett Kincaid, John and Pat Doble and Joyce Stanfill; great-grandparents, Henry Cockerham and Arlean Keister; sisters, Alysha and Gerald Lopez, and Alexis Logue; brothers, Brad Doble, Braeden Logue, Brenden Doble and Bridjer Logue; nephew, Arturo Lopez; and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Bryon was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Keith Burgess and Charles Bronson.

“Bry Bry, our lives will be forever changed. We cannot imagine life without you. We love you so much forever and always!”

A celebration of Bryon’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on March 21 at the Fortine Cemetery, followed by fellowship and a potluck dinner at the back room of Jerry’s Saloon.

Memorials to celebrate Bryon’s life are suggested to Donor Alliance, Inc., www.donoralliance.org.
