Glacier wins first state AA softball title

MISSOULA — Glacier scored three runs in the bottom of the sixth to pull away from Missoula Big Sky 6-3 and claim their first Class AA state softball championship on Saturday. 

Wolfpack senior Kayleena Ikeda hit a solo home run and Christine Connolly a two-run shot in the sixth inning to bolster a fantastic day in the circle by Ali Williams. Williams had seven strikeouts and allowed six hits.
