Lawrence John Jerrow, 78, of Spokane Valley, Washington, died Friday evening Oct. 30, 2015, in Spokane.

He was a retired fence salesman with Moran Fence.

Larry was born Oct. 7, 1937, in Kalispell to Mark William Henry and Verna Ruth (John) Jerrow.

He was previously married to Judith Elaine “Lana” Thompson, whom he wed in Kalispell on Aug. 15, 1959.

Larry was a talented machinist and welder, and he had his own small business as Larry, The Fixit Guy. He enjoyed motorcycles, guns and cowboy action shooting, but most of all he enjoyed tinkering in his shop.

Larry is survived by sons, Shawn and Kathy of Benton City, Washington, and Mark of Kennewick, Washington; daughters, Heather of Spokane, and Gina Johnson of Portland; grandchildren, Logan of Benton City, Riley of Albany, Oregon, Tierney and fiance Kamandi Roberts of Richland, and Jordan Johnson of Portland. He is also survived by neighbors and honorary family Bud and Susan Meagley, Rachel Maegley, and Holly and Geoff Williams.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Alan (1958), and a sister Shirley Graham (1984).

An informal memorial service is tentatively planned for next April in Kalispell.
