LETTER: Hard to come by?

Sen. Jon Tester was interviewed recently regarding the $10 million grant for the new industrial park. He was quoted as saying that “everybody knows that money in Washington is hard to come by.” Really?

He just voted to increase the budget by $80 billion and the spending cap was extended to $20 trillion. We send billions of dollars to foreign countries that hate us. Yet, a measly $10 million for hard-working Montanans is hard to come by? LOL. —Mark Schwager, Kalispell
