Dylan Taylor Cornett, 23

Dylan Taylor Cornett, 23, of Kalispell passed away Oct. 22, 2015.

He was born in Kalispell on Feb. 17, 1992, to Mark Cornett and Theresa Axelson.

Dylan was an amazingly talented musician. He could play many instruments, but man could he thump that bass and rip up the guitar. That is something special he and his father shared and it meant so much to Dylan. He had a love for cars even before he could walk, whether it was racing them or taking them on long drives with many of his dearest friends.

He had the greatest sense of humor; he sure loved to prank his mom. He could always make you laugh, even when you didn’t think you could. He had the biggest heart. Dylan was loved by many and touched a lot of lives in his short time on this earth. He will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his mother, Theresa Axelson; and father, Mark Cornett and wife Nancy and Runyon; maternal grandparents, Hazel and David Jones, and Ted and Jean Axelson; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Asenath Cornett; aunts and uncles, Rocky Cornett and Sandy, Ralph Cornett and Teresa, and Tami Axelson and Ken; cousins, Kayla and Carmen Rowland, Sam Cornett and Jennifer, Crystal Mjelde and Chris, Alicia Fladager and Matt, Derrick, Katie, Devin Cornett and Alexa and Alyvia Cornett; and countless friends that loved him very much, many he considered brothers.

 A celebration of Dylan’s life will be held at a later date.
