| November 18, 2015 6:00 AM

Cleo, 79, died peacefully at her home on Oct. 26, 2015, in Big River, California, with her son Carey by her side.

Cleo was born in Conrad, Montana, to William and Carrie “Mildred” (Kohl) Nigg on May 5, 1936, the eighth of nine children, Elmer, William “Billy,” Alice, Jeanette “Jean,” Leo, Edward “Eddie,” Betty and LaVern.

She married Ramon “Ray” Wagner, on July 21, 1956, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Cleo and Ray made their home in Columbia Falls where they raised four children, Corey of Kalispell, Carey of Big River, Shelley and Greg Flesch of Missoula, and Dana and Tamy Parker of Missoula.

She loved many things in life and one of those things was bowling. Every Wednesday evening you could find her at the Canyon Bowling Lanes in Columbia Falls. She bowled with her teammates Norma Blades, Mary Cady and Doris Hoerner for 25 years. Every year the Canyon Bowling Lanes hosted an annual style show for Halloween. The team with the best costume won. With creative imaginations they went all out designing their costumes and were judged best costume for dressing as skunks.

She is survived by all of her children; six grandchildren, Brett, Shauna, Ryan, Nicole, Taylor and Haley; three great-grandchildren, Kendal, Reegan and Zachary; one brother, Vern Nigg, of Kalispell; one sister, Alice Smith, of Spokane and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Nov. 21 at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home, 525 Main St., Kalispell.
