LETTER: Learning from our mistakes?

A couple questions. Is the French president — due to the Friday, Nov. 13, ISIS attacks — going to arm his police officers on the streets of France’s cities?

And is OUR president going to reconsider allowing thousands of un-vetted refugees from Muslim countries into our country? And will he also seal our borders? And quit trading Gitmo known terrorists for deserters and just freely releasing them?
