Kalispell can be proud of 'good guy' Osweiler

During the summer of 2013 our family rented a condo in Whitefish. Brock Osweiler was also at the same condominium complex.

He and his friends were playing water basketball in the pool. Our 8-year-old grandson watched from the edge of the pool with great hopes of being asked to play.

It wasn’t long before Brock threw him the ball and it was his turn to shoot. He put one up and jumped into the pool. The ball did not come close to going in the net, but when he emerged from the water the ball swished through the net. Brock had retrieved the ball and put it through the net just in time for our grandson to watch. To this day he still remembers the basket.

Brock Osweiler is not only an amazing athlete, but he is also a genuinely good guy. Kalispell, you can be proud. —Linda Perlinski, Bozeman
